Family owned and operated, Christopher’s Smokehouse Barbeque provides the most unbelievably delicious barbeque you’re likely to taste anytime soon. We opened in February, 2010. BBQ Ribs & Beef Brisket

While we specialize in BBQ ribs, all of our meats are slow-cooked to perfection over a hearty combination of pure wood. Given our slow and steady smoking process, each and every piece of meat we serve is extraordinarily tender—so tender, in fact, that it practically melts in your mouth. Our Beef Brisket is especially tender and tasty. We use Certified Angus Beef.

Slow-Smoked BBQ

Our ribs are smoked for a minimum of 6 hours. Pork butts and BBQ beef briskets are smoked for a minimum of 12 hours—giving them a full half-day to reach their optimal flavor potential. No matter what meat you order, you will be able to see the smoke ring around the outside. And, when you put the meat in your mouth, you’ll taste the rich and satisfying smoked flavor in each and every bite.
