The Science of Smokehouse Barbeque
All meats are carefully seasoned with our specially formulated dry rub and smoked on a Traeger™ wood pellet smoker for no less than 6 hours. BBQ briskets and pork butts are slow-smoked for no less than 12 hours. Both methods are designed to achieve the tenderness and smoked taste sensation that’s so good…it’s like love at first bite!
A Unique Barbeque Experience
Once upon your plate, you’ll easily see the red smoke ring surrounding your fall-off-the-bone barbequed meat. Take a breath. Prepare yourself. You are about to enjoy some of the best barbeque known to man.
Traeger Wood Pellet Grills
The smoker itself is as integral as our dry rub to the final flavor of our slow-smoked meats. Using hickory, mesquite, pecan, and oak wood to fuel the fire, we smoke our meat at a digitally regulated heat measured between 160 and 190 degrees.Thanks to a smart digital thermostat, we’re able to maintain the grill’s temperature throughout the night for a slow-smoked flavor you absolutely cannot replicate.
Sauce on the Side
Our meat is served with sauce on the side. Why, you ask? Although we do make a tasty tangy Texas barbeque sauce, our meat is so tasty on its own that many prefer to enjoy it without sauce. Some are so overwhelmed by the great flavor of the meat—they just forget about the sauce altogether.
